Step 2: Talk With Your Financial Advisor

You received valuable information from the loan officer. Now its time to put the plan into action and a financial advisor will help you get your finances in order to buy a home

Step 3: Talk With Your Trusted Loan Officer

Congrats you have put everything into action. Your credit score is up and have saved enough money for the down payment and closing costs for your home.

Step 4: Find Your Dream Home

You found a home that you want to purchase. Your trusted lender will work with the realtor to make sure everything is in order so that you can submit an offer and purchase the home

Step 5: Congratulations!! Your Offer Was Accepted

Your offer was accepted. The closing process usually takes 15-30 days. A trusted title company will work with your lender and realtor to make sure everything is in order so that you can purchase the home.

6 Step Loan Application Process

Step 1: Start Your Loan Application

We’ll first need a few details about you and your financial profile, along with all the information you can share. Accuracy is key in this stage because the more we know about your needs, the better we can prepare a mortgage strategy that meets all of them.

Step 2: Provide Necessary Documentation

We will ask you to provide financial documents, including pay stubs, W2s, tax returns, bank statements, and a few more. All of these will help us determine which loan options best fit your goals

Step 3: Get Pre-Approved After Application is Reviewed

We have received your loan application and reviewed your financials and credit report. Congratulations you are now pre-approved. If you want, we can even go one step further and get you completely underwritten and provide you with verified letter of approval. This is the best option to close quickly and help your offer stand out in a multiple offer situation.  

Step 4: Find a Home You Love

Now it's time to find you a house the best suites you and your family's needs. Once we find that house, we will submit an offer. Once our offer is accepted will execute the purchase contract and will get the ball rolling towards getting your loan closed. During this stage is where we get a professional inspector to inspect the house to make sure everything is sound. Once that is complete will order the appraisal to help determine the value of the home.

Step 5: Wait For Underwriting to Approve Your Loan

Once all documents are received, your file is submitted to our underwriting team who reviews everything in detail. Once all conditions are met and reviewed, the underwriter issues the final loan approval (often referred to as the Clear-to-Close),

Step 6: Congratulations! You are Cleared to Close

You made it to the end. We will submit the final loan paperwork to the title company, where you will sign mortgage documents and bring the funds needed to close. This process typically takes just 30-45 minutes and once you're done you will receive the keys to your new home.

Step 7: Home Sweet Home!!

Congratulations you have purchased your new home and can start making precious new memories
